10. When will my order ship?
All orders placed before 2:30pm EST ship the same working day.

11. What delivery method is used for my map update and how long does it take?
Delivery time is dependent upon shipping method. Express delivery arrives within 1 – 2 working days, standard delivery within 3 – 5 working days.

12. I purchased a map update and I’m not sure where to find the activation code/license key/password?

13. How do I check on my order status?
You will receive an order and shipment confirmation by email. The shipping confirmation includes a tracking number and link to the courier service where you can check your order status.

14. How can I return a map update purchase?
"Return and Exchange Policy: Contact HERE Technologies within 30 days after the shipping date noted on the packing slip. Requests for warranty replacements, returns and exchanges made after 30 days will not be honored.
